This is the flagship store in Seattle. Very interesting exterior, didn’t expect to see a miniature trail and a waterfall there. The outdoor patio had a lot of seating The store is big and larger selections Overall this is the most beautiful REI’s I’ve seen well worth a visit to see this unique store The employees are awesome and very helpful.

This 5-star review entirely goes to Jillian in the shoe department! They were so incredibly knowledgeable and were able to help me find the correct shoe size for hiking. I hope this reaches management so they know how lucky they are to have them on their team!

This store in itself is an experience with the small hike path and plenty of collections. The park ranger in the ranger station was so helpful in suggestions and helping plan for our trip. The staff is extremely helpful in getting the right gear for us

Beautiful flagship store with awesome feature. Online pickup is great curbside, but inside the store, the pickup area is far away from entrance.

The most unique REI store in the United States. They have a small outdoor park for you test equipment and even a small track to test your bikes. Very nicely decked out and the customer service is very good. Lots of staff constantly looking out for ways to help you out.

REI in Seattle is such a cool store. The space is huge, well organized, and fun to walk around even if you’re just browsing. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they really know their stuff. I love that it feels more like an experience than just a store.
